Are tickets expected to sell out?

Tickets will sell out, but you will pay the lowest amount if you purchase early. Limited quantities are available at each ticketing tier. Get yours now so you don’t miss out!

What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?

Credit and debit cards are accepted.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?

Tickets are limited to four (8) per person.

Can I buy a pass for the entire Fashion Week?

Most certainly!  We offer two passes to accomplish this depending on your level of desired access, All Access VIP & All Access GA.  Both passes include access to all social events + parties, in addition to all scheduled shows.  The main differences within both ticket types:

  • All Access VIP includes open bar whereas All Access GA is cash bar.
  • All access VIP includes exclusive VIP Check-in
  • All Access VIP includes Front Row seating at every show

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Upgrades may be available if VIP • Enhanced Experience Passes have not sold out. Please email info@thebureau.thesocietyfashionweek.com for more information.

Can I get a Bottle Service Package if some members of my group are under 21?

No, only those 21 or older are permitted to enter bottle service areas; and you must be 21 or older to enter the venue with a Bottle Service Pass.

Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?

You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk folder), please email info@thebureau.thesocietyfashionweek.com.

How can I avoid ticket fraud?

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from The SOCIETY Fashion Week. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

I’m buying multiple tickets. Can I transfer some of them to friends?

You may purchase tickets on behalf of your friends, but once theirs is scanned, it is non-transferable. And for security purposes, they will not be able to discuss the specifics of your order with ticketing representatives.

Show FAQ

When to arrive?

VIP’s will need to arrive at minimum 30 minutes prior to show as that is when doors will open, and all VIP’s can gain entry through your exclusive VIP Line.  Keep in mind, it is mandatory that all VIP’s are checked-in prior to 15 minutes to show, otherwise the VIP looses right to their Front Row seating.  Please note, no one is allowed entry after the start of show, and there is no re-entry.

General Admission (GA) doors open 15 minutes prior to show through the GA line.  All GA seating start at row #2, and is a first come first serve option on seating vs. standing room. Please note, no one is allowed entry after the start of show, and there is no re-entry.

What to wear?

We highly recommend dressing to impress, and very fashion forward as cameras are everywhere.

Is there an age limit?

While we do believe in family involvement, keep in mind this is fashion where any and everything goes.  We cannot guarantee any type of nudity as we are not in control of the designs.  With that said, we do have our Child + Teen shows labeled as such for a more potential family friendly event.

Are people allowed to take pictures?

Most definitely!  Keep in mind we do not allow long professionals lenses in order not to obstruct view by other attendee’s, however we highly encourage this.  Please tag the designer, as well as The SOCIETY.
