A historic landmark hotel in downtown Dallas. Valet and street parking available. Venue is fully ADA accessible. Conveniently located in downtown with easy highway access.

Check-In Process:
1. Present your QR code (on phone or printed) at the door
2. VIP guests: Check in at VIP lane (1 hour early access)
3. GA guests: Check in at main entrance (15 minutes early access)
4. Valid photo ID required for entry (must match ticket name)

What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
Weather/Force Majeure: If a show is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled date (your choice).
Show Rescheduling: Tickets automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
Single Show Canceled (Multi-Show Pass): Pro-rated refund for the canceled show.
Personal Emergencies: Not covered unless you purchase optional Ticket Protection at checkout, which covers illness, injury, and travel disruptions.

How long does each show last?
• Pre-show reception: 15-20 minutes
• Runway presentation: 40-50 minutes
• Post-show designer meet & greet: 20 minutes (VIP only)
Plan to arrive: VIP guests 1 hour early, GA guests 15 minutes early. Total event time is about 2 hours from your scheduled showtime.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Front Row VIP: Statement pieces encouraged. You may be photographed by fashion media.
General Admission: Stylish and comfortable. You'll be standing for portions of the show.
Footwear: Expect some standing—stylish but walkable shoes recommended.
Photography: Professional photography allowed. Dress for the camera!
Can I attend multiple shows with one ticket?
Day Pass ($165): Attend BOTH shows on your selected day (Friday or Saturday). Save $25 vs. buying separately.
Weekend Pass ($399): Attend ALL FIVE shows across the entire weekend. Best value at just $79.80/show. Includes VIP Premium seating.
