Even though we hate to see you go, if you are asking yourself “can I get a refund”? Refunds are available within (1) one day of your purchase, however there are no refunds within (30) thirty days of event regardless of the (1) one day purchase option. In addition, ticket changes may not happen within (7) seven days of the event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team to see how we may assist your needs prior to requesting a refund.
If you would like to request a refund, first check the refund policy of the event your tickets are for. The refund policy will be noted on the event display page, or by clicking the ‘View Order’ button on your My Tickets page.
Warning: If you choose to request a refund outside of the host’s set refund policy, refunds are at the sole discretion of the host. In Addition, refunds are not offered within (30) thirty days of the event regardless of purchasing within (1) one day.
To request a refund:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your Tickets page and locate the order you would like to request a refund for. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it here.
Note: The option to request a refund is only available for upcoming events where the host is accepting refunds. If you would like to request a refund for an event that has ended, or has a ‘no refund’ policy, please contact the organizer directly.
2. Click the ‘More’ drop-down menu beside the ‘View Order’ button and select ‘Request Refund’
